Job summary

Cytokinetics is launching its first commercial product for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and seeks a Cardiovascular Account Specialist to lead the territory launch remotely. You will build relationships with hospitals, cardiology clinics, and specialty pharmacies, aligning with internal teams to drive adoption and patient access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in biotech/pharma sales.
• Experience owning a dedicated territory is highly preferred.
• Cardiology, rare disease, or specialty product experience is preferred.
• Experience with patient service hubs and specialty pharmacy distribution is preferred.
• Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts within assigned territory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results, work autonomously, and serve as single point of accountability for the successful launch within your territory.
• Develop territory-specific account plans that identify opportunities and coordinate a local cross-functional team.
• Be a subject matter expert delivering clinically relevant disease and product information to create demand for the product launch.
• Communicate approved resources to HCPs for patient benefit, including materials, payer information, formulary coverage, and patient support services.
