Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran.

You will lead data-driven territory plans, activate prescribers, and foster strong relationships with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs. The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preference for those with specialty or cardiovascular focus, and willingness to travel (~30%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver clinically accurate product education within approved labeling to prescribers.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align territory execution.
