Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, engage clinicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and therapy adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of pharma sales experience, a deep clinical acumen, and a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-value targets.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies in a competitive landscape.
• Execute speaker programs and engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health systems and coordinate with IDNs with Key Account Managers.
• Document field activity and CRM reporting; ensure compliant operations.
