Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will engage prescribers, navigate access barriers, and partner with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to ensure sustained utilization.

The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-value targets.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
• Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Navigate complex health systems and coordinate with IDNs in partnership with Key Account Managers.
• Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services.
• Maintain high-quality engagement and service across accounts to drive durable utilization.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access to align territory execution with enterprise strategy.
