Job summary
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, deliver clinical education, and navigate complex healthcare systems to ensure sustained utilization.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty or cardiovascular areas preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales.
- 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
- Experience launching or expanding complex therapies needing access navigation and clinical depth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to launch objectives.
- Deliver compliant clinical education to prescribers and differentiate therapies.
- Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, IDNs, and institutional stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Access teams.
- Maintain compliant field activity documentation and CRM records.
- Travel ~30% to represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences.
