Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to drive launch activities for its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs to accelerate adoption and ensure therapy utilization.

The role requires strong data-driven territory planning, compliant clinical education, and collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinical education within approved labeling to target specialists.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and reporting.
• Travel ~30% for regional and national meetings.
