Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will lead data-driven territory planning, engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve durable utilization.

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Drive prescriber activation, educate clinicians, and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate IDNs and complex health systems to support pull-through and utilization.
