Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking a results-driven Specialty Sales Representative to launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, manage territory plans, and navigate complex health systems to accelerate therapy adoption.

The role demands clinical acumen, data-driven insight, and strong field execution in a fast-paced launch environment. Travel about 30% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to brand strategy.
• Deliver education to prescribers with compliant, labeled data.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs and field engagements to drive adoption.
• Travel ~30% with overnight travel as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
