Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to launch and grow its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, educate clinicians, and navigate complex healthcare systems to accelerate adoption and durable utilization.

This role requires strong clinical acumen, data-driven territory planning, and the ability to travel ~30% regionally; a competitive base salary plus incentive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years pharma sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education within approved labeling.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align execution.
• Maintain compliance, document field activity, and manage CRM reporting.
• Represent Arrowhead at regional and national meetings with ~30% travel.
