Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to advance a cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. The role emphasizes prescriber activation, complex access, and launch excellence across cardiologists and lipid specialists.

The position involves strategic territory planning, clinical education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Expect ~30% travel to engage providers and drive durable utilization in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans.
• Drive prescriber activation and clinical engagement with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Navigate IDNs and complex healthcare systems in partnership with Key Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align execution.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM activity and reporting.
