Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs to drive prescriber activation and sustained usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
Experience navigating integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
