Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Account Representative for CardioMEMS in Milwaukee to drive utilization, manage key accounts, and deliver clinical education and technical support.

You will build relationships with physicians and HF clinics, maintain CRM records, and partner with Territory Managers to optimize workflows.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in medical devices, proficiency with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint, and a proven track record toward reaching goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related.
• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare (inside or field).
• Demonstrates consultative selling skills and achieves goals.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high-volume accounts, ensuring onboarding and patient monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educational meetings to drive adoption.
• Maintain CRM documentation and build relationships with clinicians and HF clinics.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and clinical support as needed.
