Qualifications

• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare (inside or field).
• Demonstrates consultative selling skills, uncovering needs and positioning solutions.
• Track record of ≥100% to goal in the most recent performance year.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators (HF clinics, service line leaders).
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to audiences of 10–50 stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for high‑volume accounts, ensuring onboarding and patient monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts.
• Execute quarterly business plans with activity goals and growth drivers.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews with Territory Manager to support program health.
• Provide product demonstrations and educational meetings to drive adoption.
• Provide competitive insights and market intelligence.
• Maintain CRM documentation for key accounts and opportunities.
