• Drive utilization and growth for CardioMEMS in high-volume accounts.
• Deliver education and technical support to clinicians and administrators.
• Maintain CRM documentation and account plans; build strong clinician relationships.
• Support workflow optimization and patient onboarding in HF care pathways.
