Job summary

Abbott seeks a Clinical Account Representative for CardioMEMS in the Phoenix/Tucson, AZ area. Drive utilization, manage key accounts, and deliver clinical and technical education to expand access to CardioMEMS therapy.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, HF clinics and administrators to optimize patient onboarding, monitoring workflows, and program performance while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a life sciences, business, engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare sales (inside or field).
• Demonstrates consultative selling to drive utilization growth.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics and PowerPoint.
• Comfort delivering clinical/technical presentations to 10–50 stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement across high‑volume accounts.
• Onboard and monitor patient workflows and utilization.
• Meet or exceed sales and utilization targets.
• Conduct quarterly business plans and reviews with accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations and educational sessions.
• Maintain CRM records for key accounts and opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Support workflow optimizations for patient onboarding and monitoring.
