Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Clinical Account Representative to grow CardioMEMS adoption across high-volume accounts, optimize workflows, and deliver education and technical support to clinicians and staff.

You will manage relationships with physicians, APPs, HF clinics, and administrators, conduct quarterly reviews, and support workflow improvements to enhance patient care and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare sales (inside or field).
• Experience with CRM, Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for high-volume accounts and drive onboarding.
• Meet sales and utilization targets within assigned accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and education to drive adoption.
• Maintain CRM documentation and build relationships with clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/regulatory requirements.
