Qualifications

• Demonstrates consultative selling to drive utilization growth.
• Track record of ≥100% to goal in the most recent year.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to 10–50 stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high-volume established accounts, onboarding and patient monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts.
• Execute quarterly business plans with activity goals and growth drivers.
• Maintain CRM documentation for key accounts and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with physicians, HF clinics and administrators.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews to support program health and needs.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and education for clinical staff.
