Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Milwaukee is seeking a Clinical Account Representative for CardioMEMS to manage high-volume accounts, drive utilization, and deliver clinical support across HF clinics and hospitals.

You will build strong relationships with clinicians and admins, maintain CRM records, and lead product demonstrations while ensuring compliant, high-quality service. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare (inside or field).
• Demonstrates consultative selling skills, including uncovering needs, asking strategic questions, and positioning solutions that drive utilization growth.
• Track record of ≥100% to goal in the most recent performance year.
• Account-facing experience with clinicians and administrators (e.g., HF clinics, service line leaders).
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to audiences of 10–50 stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high-volume, established accounts and ensure onboarding and patient monitoring workflows.
• Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts.
• Execute quarterly business plans with activity goals and growth drivers.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews to support program health and patient volume trends.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for remote monitoring and support training for new clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Marketing, and sales leadership to ensure compliant execution.
