iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business, expanding our footprint in health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic territory.

This role focuses on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, electrophysiologists (EPs), and other strategic clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of successful medical device or healthcare technology sales experience,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: identify opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices; lead territory growth and full sales cycle from lead gen to close.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: present data-driven clinical and economic value; develop champions and long-term advocacy with KOLs and executives.
• Account & Territory Management: maintain robust sales pipeline in Salesforce; forecast, plan, train, and optimize usage and inventory; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring: analyze territory performance and market trends; report insights to leadership; meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
