iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across US health systems.

The role focuses on driving adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and key clinical stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on strategic selling and accountable territory management. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of medical device sales experience, demonstrate success in IDNs or cardiology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or IDNs is preferred.
• Proven success launching new territories or products with value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration and product adoption.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
