Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Card Services Application Support Analyst to join our team.

Our analyst is responsible for ensuring that all phases of assigned projects (Online ATM processing, Online Debit, or Shared Branching) are completed on time, including balancing online network transactions, testing, certification testing, training clients, and troubleshooting card issues. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial or credit union industry.
Travel up to 25% is required.
Experience working with the Symitar core is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Analyzes customer's products/processes and maps the system to Jack Henry product.
Prepares the customer for installation and provides training or support post-installation.
Oversees system set-up for customers and ensures related business processes run on software.
Provides software support and guidance on function, features, and usage.
Communicates customer needs with programmers and team members.
Maintains effective communication with customer throughout the project.
Tracks customer issues and forwards to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
Performs other duties as assigned.
