Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Card Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role supports Online ATM processing, Online Debit, or Shared Branching, ensuring project milestones are met and client needs are fulfilled, with potential remote work.

You will train clients, set up systems, troubleshoot card issues, and communicate with programmers and customers. Travel up to 25% to client locations may be required; onsite interviews may occur.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ATM, Debit or Credit card processing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer's existing products and maps them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepares and guides customers through installation and post-installation support.
• Sets up customer systems with parameters and processing jobs.
• Provides guidance on software features and usage, on-site or remote.
• Communicates customer needs to programmers and teams throughout projects.
• Maintains customer issue lists and ensures escalation to the right personnel.
