CarMax is seeking a Sales Consultant Trainee to help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and guide them through the entire process, from appraisals to financing. No prior experience is required, as paid training and mentorship will develop your sales skills.

You'll learn about CarMax products and promotions while maintaining a customer-first approach, with opportunities to advance to roles such as mentor, manager, or business leader within a growing company.
