Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Customer Service Consultant Trainee in Nevada to connect with customers online and by phone, guiding them through the car-buying journey from inquiry to delivery.

You will leverage CarMax inventory knowledge to match customers with suitable vehicles, coordinate financing steps, and ensure a smooth online-to-in-store transition, all while delivering iconic customer experiences.
