Onterris, Inc. is seeking a Capture and Proposal Specialist to support our Treatment Technologies team. This role includes 50% proposal development and 50% capture, pipeline, and process improvement, with remote flexibility for US-based candidates.

You will monitor bid portals, assist with qualification packages, create reusable content, and help standardize templates while coordinating multiple contributors under deadlines. Some travel to US offices may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proposal coordination, capture support, or related roles.
• Experience with environmental services, water treatment, remediation, or similar
• Strong writing, editing, and technical communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Coordinate development, review, and submission of proposals and RFIs.
• Manage intake, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain compliant proposal content and templates and QA checks.
• Track opportunities, bid deadlines, and pipeline health.
• Support capture planning and win themes.
