Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors seeks a highly organized Manager, Capture & Proposal Operations to lead proposal development, ROM requests, and capture activities. You will coordinate schedules, governance, and QA across multiple opportunities, partnering with BD, engineering, finance, and contracts.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and support continuous improvement in proposal processes within a high-visibility environment at the Camarillo facility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in proposal, capture, or related operations.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, government, technology, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Program Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, ROM requests, capture activities, and governance.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and executive reviews.
• Develop and maintain proposal governance, workflows, and templates.
• Oversee QA for proposals, ROMs, and customer documents.
• Partner with stakeholders to allocate resources across opportunities.
• Track risks and action items and support pursuit strategies.
