Job summary

Command Cyber Solutions, LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect (Capture & Proposal) for a remote role focused on designing winning technical solutions for capture opportunities and translating them into compliant proposal content once RFPs are released.

The role bridges CCS's technical delivery capabilities with growth objectives, ensuring solutions are technically sound, executable, and responsive to government requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing solutions across CCS core domains: cybersecurity, data analytics, emerging tech, cloud & enterprise.
• Experience writing technical proposal content for federal solicitations and translating requirements into persuasive narratives.
• Experience supporting oral presentations and technical demonstrations for multi-phase solicitations.
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and proposal development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design solutions aligned with acquisition strategies and customer needs.
• Maintain understanding of CCS capabilities, services, technologies, tools, and growth priorities.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions across cyber, cloud, data analytics, and modernization domains.
• Analyze requirements and map compliance to client needs and evaluation factors.
• Develop solution architectures, deployment roadmaps, and basis-of-estimate inputs.
• Support capture activities: solutioning sessions, gap analysis, teaming decisions, and win themes.
• Shape solutions early with BD, PMs, and SMEs; ensure executable, cost-effective outcomes.
