Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a skilled Capture Manager for the Defense Solutions Team. This remote US role focuses on leading high-value pursuits, developing capture plans, and guiding cross-functional teams through proposal development for DoD and federal contracts.

You will coordinate requirements, conduct competitive and capability analyses, and ensure proposals align with customer needs while driving bid competitiveness. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within the DoD industry.
• Experience with Capture Management and developing Capture Plans.
• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills.
• Strong cross-functional communication and proposal development experience.
• Familiarity with Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Solutions is a plus.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and execute the capture management plan and strategies for each program.
• Conduct requirements analysis, competitive analysis, capability assessments and price-to-win analysis.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep the leadership team informed and engaged.
• Stay engaged through the cycle of proposal development, including strategy, planning, writing and submission for DoD and federal contracts.
• Ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support a Capture Community of Practice and coach proposal teams.
