Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation’s Defense Solutions division is seeking a Capture Manager to lead high-value, DoD-focused pursuits from a remote US location. You will develop capture plans, perform requirements and competitive analyses, and assemble cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, winning proposals for DoD and federal contracts.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, the proposal cycle from strategy to submission, and ongoing coaching of proposal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in the DoD industry.
• Experience with Capture Management and developing Capture Plans.
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and execute the capture management plan and strategies for each program.
• Conduct requirements analysis, competitive analysis, capability assessments and gap analysis, price-to-win analysis, teaming plan, call plan, and related components.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep leadership informed about capture progress and wins.
• Lead the proposal development cycle for DoD and federal contracts, from strategy to submission.
• Ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.
