Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions is seeking a dedicated Capture Manager to lead strategic capture efforts for the division’s DoD pursuits. You will identify requirements, develop complex solution options, and assemble a cost-competitive multifunction team to win bids.

You will drive capture strategy, manage key stakeholder relationships, and guide proposal writing through submission for DoD contracts. US citizenship is required and you will work remotely in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' DoD industry experience.
• Experience with capture management and developing capture plans.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in proposal development and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with Curtiss-Wright’s product lines is a plus.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic capture: develop and execute the capture plan and strategies for each program.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee proposal development through DoD and federal contracts.
• Support a Capture Community of Practice and coach teams on best practices.
