The role requires 10+ years in capture management, with strong knowledge of federal contracting processes, budgets, and teaming strategies. Remote work is available, with preference for DMV/Eastern Time candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of capture management experience in federal contracting (DoD or FedCiv).
• Experience supporting captures and proposals for opportunities valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Develop win strategies and capture plans aligned with customer needs and C5MI capabilities.
• Assist BD Executives with competitive analysis and assessments.
• Identify and build winning teams with partners and subcontractors.
• Support BD in budgeting and internal funding approvals.
