Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our remote US team. You will drive end-to-end schedule development for heavy industrial projects, coordinating with engineering, construction, and cost teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of industrial scheduling, Primavera P6 expertise, and ability to travel up to 25%. Residency in Central or Eastern time zones is preferred to support onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.
• Located in Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones and able to commute to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, level of detail, and coordination.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver updates per plan.
