Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team as a remote, full-time professional. The role focuses on end-to-end schedule development for capital projects, spanning front-end to construction, with collaboration across engineering, construction, and cost teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in heavy industrial plant scheduling, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% while operating within CT/ET time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Plant scheduling.
• Proficient with Oracle Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Based in Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones and able to commute to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination for project execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Establish and track key schedule metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses and propose mitigations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per plan.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and cost teams to track progress and earned value.
