Responsibilities include building fully integrated schedules, establishing metrics, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and cost teams. Travel up to 25% and preference for Central/Eastern time zones are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy industrial project scheduling across FEED to construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work with diverse teams.
• Strong communication and influence across organization.
• Based in Central or Eastern time zones or willing to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across phases and functions with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and risk; propose mitigations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver updates per plan.
• Partner with engineering, construction, and cost teams to track progress and earned value.
