The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. The role focuses on end-to-end schedule development and management for large-scale capital projects, with travel to sites as needed and collaboration across engineering, construction, and cost teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in heavy industrial scheduling (Power Generation/Refining/Chemical), proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to navigate multi‑location teams within Central/Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases, functions and activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, level of detail, and coordination to support efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans.
• Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
• Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates per the schedule management plan.
• Develop and communicate clear schedule reports and insights for decision‑making.
