Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end schedule development and management for capital projects, partnering with engineering, construction, and cost teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Based at Chemours sites with remote options, you will drive schedule integrity, perform critical path and risk analyses, and lead schedule reviews to support decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience for total project lifecycle.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel (up to 25%) and commute to Chemours facilities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail, and coordination for execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy per plans.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses and mitigation.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per plan.
