Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler for remote, full-time work. The role leads end-to-end schedule development for capital projects, coordinating with engineering, construction, and cost teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Requires 5+ years in heavy industrial scheduling (Power Generation, Refining or Chemical Plants), Primavera P6 expertise, and ability to travel up to 25%. Central or Eastern time zone-based candidates preferred for onsite collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience across lifecycle.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel (up to 25%).
• Candidates must be based within the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones and commute to facilities as needed.
• Preference for Bachelor's in STEM and familiarity with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases, functions and activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on schedule structure and detail to support efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy aligned with project plans.
• Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates.
