Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. This remote, full-time role focuses on end-to-end schedule development and management for capital projects across their lifecycle.

You will develop integrated schedules, build schedule logic, track performance metrics, and provide timely insights to project leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected, with proximity to CT/ET time zones preferred for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiate plan changes quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Based in Central or Eastern time zones with ability to commute to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure and level of detail.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and lifecycle suitability.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates.
