The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our remote-capable team. You will develop and manage fully integrated project schedules across all phases in collaboration with engineering, construction, and cost teams, ensuring timely execution of capital projects.

Responsibilities include leading schedule reviews, reporting insights for decision-making, and partnering across functions to mitigate risks and optimize resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial project scheduling in power generation, refining, or chemical plants.
• Proficient with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support project needs.
• Excellent interaction and influence across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination for execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Track schedule metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress and risks.
• Lead schedule review meetings and communicate updates per plan.
