Ideal candidates have 7+ years in estimating, familiarity with Aspen tools, and strong collaboration across functions to drive value and risk-informed decisions. Proximity to Chemours sites supports in-person work and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience in petrochemical, heavy industrial or related industry.
• Experience with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator and Aspen In Plant Cost estimator.
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.

Responsibilities

• Provide conceptual estimates for early investment options.
• Prepare all estimate types based on project progression.
• Ensure estimates meet industry quality requirements for each project gate step.
• Lead cost reduction concepts and improve project efficiency.
• Maintain estimating system cost libraries and historical data.
• Support risk discussions related to estimates.
