Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Lead Operations Demand Planning Analyst to join our remote-first team. This data-driven role keeps inventory, production, and supply chain aligned through accurate demand forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with internal managers and external vendors, drive ERP and planning system implementations, and identify cost-saving opportunities while managing risks during transitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.
• Experience coordinating with internal managers and external vendors to align demand and capacity.
• Proven track record implementing or supporting ERP systems (NetSuite, Anaplan) and related transitions.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills using Excel and planning systems.
• Experience with vendor management and capacity negotiations.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts from historical sales data, market trends, and models to support inventory and production decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with business goals and capacity.
• Coordinate with vendors on lead times and capacity to ensure executable demand plans.
• Support NetSuite and Anaplan implementations and sunset legacy tools; train team members on core analyses.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and manage risk during system transitions.
