The role requires 7+ years in demand planning, ERP/Anaplan/NetSuite experience, strong analytics and vendor management, and the ability to lead complex analyses in a fast-paced environment. Remote, full-time; base salary $94,000-$102,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.
• Direct collaboration with managers and leadership to align demand with priorities.
• Experience with ERP/system implementations (NetSuite, Anaplan) and transitions.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills (Excel, SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Vendor management including performance tracking and capacity negotiations.
• Ability to cross-train and develop team members on core analysis activities.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate operational and project risks; capture cost savings.
• Excellent communication to translate data insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory and production planning.
• Partner with internal teams to align demand forecasts with business goals.
• Assess and manage supply chain capabilities; coordinate with vendors on lead times and capacity.
• Provide bandwidth for NetSuite and Anaplan implementations; sunsetting Intacct and BI tool.
• Crosstrain team members on core analysis activities and reporting.
• Manage risks with system transitions and ongoing operations; identify cost savings opportunities.
