Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition in high-tech environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with university career centers and labs.
• Highly organized with logistics, events, and candidate tracking across sites.
• Candidate-centric mindset focused on a positive experience and ambassador outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leaders, partners, and students.

Responsibilities

• Own year-round campus recruiting strategy and pipeline across multiple sites.
• Source broadly through programs, labs, competitions, open applications, and referrals.
• Partner with university teams and leaders to build a trusted pipeline nationwide.
• Coordinate onboarding, events, and program logistics for consistent campus experience.
• Monitor program health and retention, resolving friction with managers and hires.
