Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Recruiter for Campus/Entry Level Hires to drive the college recruiting program and ensure a smooth candidate journey from inquiry to offer.

You will partner with students, universities, and internal hiring managers to source, engage, and evaluate candidates while delivering engaging presentations and training sessions. This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; 1–3 years campus recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools.
• Experience supporting student or campus recruiting programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team member experience.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and help close offers.
• Deliver informative presentations in classrooms or student events.
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff/managers involved in recruiting.
• Collaborate with managers to support interviewing and selection processes.
