Agility Robotics is seeking a university recruiting lead to own our campus strategy and program experience end-to-end. This role drives a continuous year-round pipeline for early-career talent across multiple sites and focuses on AI, engineering, and broader business roles.

You will build partnerships with university centers, coordinate onboarding and events, and ensure a vibrant campus experience that attracts top students for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition.
• Experience building partnerships with university career centers, labs, and student orgs.
• Strong program management, logistics, events, and candidate tracking across sites.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging leaders, campus partners, and students.

Responsibilities

• Own year-round university sourcing and onboarding lifecycle across multiple sites.
• Anchor partnerships with core university programs and leadership to build a national pipeline.
• Source broadly through campus programs, labs, open applications, referrals.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and program logistics across locations.
• Monitor program health and retention with early-career hires and managers.
