Qualifications

• 5+ years in University Recruiting or Recruiting Program Management
• Proven track record of designing and scaling recruiting programs
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity; building from scratch
• Strong analytical instincts; use data to evaluate program health
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events

Responsibilities

• Build and scale recruiting programs to grow pipelines and improve candidate experiences
• Collaborate with University Recruiting Team and cross-functional partners
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and report on program effectiveness
• Support ad-hoc programs and projects as we scale
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding and event programming
• Own Together AI's employer brand on LinkedIn, Careers Page, and blogs
• Manage recruiting presence at events and conferences
