Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and coordinate activities in the food service area.
• Prepare food items and cook vegetables, entrees, and sauces as needed.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Clean dishes and equipment; manage waste and sanitation.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
