The position offers flexible hours at $27 per hour, with part-time or full-time options. A private home office is preferred to protect confidential material; training will be provided on note style and the case system.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or office administration.
• Ability to summarize accurately without embellishment.
• Comfort reading carefully, asking for clarification when needed.

• Review assigned call summaries or transcripts and match to the correct online case.
• Enter confirmed actions, open questions, and follow-up owners.
• Separate customer requests from internal suggestions and flag unclear information.
• Use the employer’s status labels only when supported.
• Protect private details in notes and attachments.
