Job summary

MemorialCare in Fountain Valley is seeking a Call Center Representative I PD to be the first contact for patients and families. The role blends phone, email, and chat interactions, with a predominantly remote schedule after training, and a per-diem weekly hours commitment.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, strong computer skills, and basic medical terminology knowledge. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience or other related guest-focused engagement preferred.
• Call center experience necessary in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent computer and typing skills are necessary. Use and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook (operates PC with speed and accuracy)
• Some medical terminology preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
