Job summary

MemorialCare is hiring a Call Center Representative I PD to serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers. This role combines phone, email, and chat support to deliver the Simply Better MemorialCare Experience in every interaction.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service and call center experience, strong typing and computer skills, and desirable medical terminology knowledge. Shifts include several part-time hours with some weekend coverage; remote work is available

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience necessary in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent computer and typing skills; knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Some medical terminology preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
